i was fairly separated already and i knew what was coming. i was still shooting for my optimistic result, but i prepared myself for the realistic result too. nothing hurt. i was more surprised with how i was able to articulate exactly what i felt more than the outcome. i liked how she avoided answering if she felt for someone else.

i dont know what suprised me more, the sincerity in your voice when you said "but i miss you" or the fact that i didnt miss you and dodged saying it back.
